E-Commerce Senior Customer Service Officer / Customer Service Officer

 

Job Description

  • Provide quick response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services through phone, instant messaging and email
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure the customer order is delivery on time
  • Resolve customer product aftersales enquiries in timely and professional manner

 

Required experience

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Customers Service or any related discipline
  • At least 2 years working experience in Retail, Airline, Hospitality or Call Centre is preferred
  • Customer-oriented with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Good product claim handling and judgement skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in both written Chinese and English
