Customer Service Executive / 客戶服務主任
JOB DUTIES
- Handle all customer enquiries and complaints through phone calls and email correspondence
- Liaise with logistics, merchandising and stores on customer delivery and stock issues
- Collect and direct customer feedback on products and service to related internal parties
- Conduct after-sales site inspection in relation to complaint handling
- Prepare regular report / review on complaints
- Assist in other customer service-related matters
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma holder or above, 1-2 year working experience in customer service
- Working experience retail industry would be an advantage
- Proficient in both written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Good inter-personal and coordination skills, detail minded and independent
- Good computer skills in MS Excel
- Location : Causeway Bay
